today, because I have nothing to do at home
so, i try to make
Fettucini Aglio Olio
What's Fettucini Aglio Olio?
Yesterday, I was searching pasta recipe in the internet and suddenly i found this recipe.
Materials that I used to cook this fettucini was
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic, crushed
500 medium-size shrimp, discarding the head and skin (or can be replaced tuna / smoked beef)
20 g parsley, chopped
1 lemon, take the water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Pasta:
1 L water
350 g spaghetti pasta types
1 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
First, you have saute the garlic until it smells good
Then, put the other materials and saute
Third, prepare the water and put the pasta into the boiling water.
After boiling, lift the pasta and saute the pasta with the other materials that you've made.
Stir it.
Serve while hot!!
I've tried that recipe, but the pasta's taste for me is not so good.
I think I must give more prawnm because the prawn has the sourness, so if you eat the pasta with the prawn, the taste would be so much better.
